The house is located on Mandalay Beach in Oxnard California, (this location is sometimes referred to as Oxnard Shores or Mandalay Shores in California)
The beachfront rental is accessible by car from Ventura: 15 minutes,
from Santa Barbara: 45 min,
from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): 1 hour & 30 min

A drive from Malibu to the rental house would take 45 minutes.

Vacation Rental House Details

    • The beachfront house sleeps 8 to 10 people. The House is 3,000 sq. ft.
    • Two-story, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 fireplaces
    • King size beds (4), Twin or Single Beds (2)
    • Large 1,000 square foot wood deck on the sand and outdoor shower next to the rental house. 
    • This house includes a hot tub/jacuzzi and a fire pit.
    • Plenty of lounge chairs and tanning lounge chaises on the deck.

Other Amenities and Gear for Surfing and Swimming - All Included w/ Rental

    • Internet and WiFi available
    • Gear included with Rental: kayaks, bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards, wet suites & a standing paddle board.
    • Newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances
    • Kitchen includes ice maker, & commercial size refrigerator / freezer, Wine refrigerator.
    • Non-smoking, Pets are not allowed.
    • Children are welcome!

Beach House Rental Rates

    • Winter ............................. $575 per night (3 nights minimum)
    • Fall/Spring ...................... $575 through $675 per night (3 nights minimum)
    • Summer .......................... $675 through $1,175 night (7 nights minimum)
    • Additional: 10% City Tax

    Rates for holidays beach rentals may be higher.

    • Deposit (REFUNDABLE) .......... $2,000
    • Cleaning Fee .............................. $200
    • Linens Fee .................................. $200
    • 3% credit card charge
