The house is located on Mandalay Beach in Oxnard California, USA (this location is sometimes referred to as Oxnard Shores or Mandalay Shores, California)
The beachfront rental is accessible from Ventura: 15 minutes, Santa Barbara: 45 min
A drive from Malibu to the rental house would take 45 minutes.
The rental can be reached from the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in 1 hour & 30 min by car.

RENTAL RATES:
Winter ...................... ...... $575 per night (3 nights minimum)
Fall/Spring ..................... $575 through $675 per night (3 nights minimum)
Summer ................. ....... $675 through 1,175 per night (7 nights minimum)
Additional: 10% City Tax

Rates for holidays beach rentals may be higher.

Rental House Details

  • The beachfront house sleeps 8 to 10 people. The House is 3000 sq. ft.
  • 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 fireplaces
  • King size beds (4), Twin or Single Beds (2)
  • The main entertainment and living area are on the 1st floor.
  • Large 1,000 square foot wood deck on the sand and outdoor shower next to the rental house. 
  • This house includes a hot tub/jacuzzi and 1 fire pit.
  • Hammock on the deck

Other Amenities and Gear

  • Internet and WiFi available
  • Gear provided: kayak's, bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards, & a standing paddle board - all included with Rental.
  • Newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ice maker, & commercial size refrigerator / freezer, Wine refrigerator.
  • Non-smoking, Pets are not allowed. Children are welcome!
